WARRANTY

All watches purchased from JP WATCH DESIGN are equipped with a one year manufacturers warranty. This warranty covers material production defects concerning the watch and movement. It does not cover damage caused through normal wear and tear or physical tampering/misuse. Your warranty will be valid from the date of original purchase. Your warranty will be considered void if any attempts are made to repair or modify your timepiece without first contacting us. 

If you have an issue with your timepiece, please contact us first to discuss the issue.

 

AUSTRALIAN WARRANTY CLAIMS

If you are located within Australia, we will either provide you with a return shipping label or reimburse you for any return shipping costs incurred.

You are welcome to drop off your timepiece if you are located in Sydney provided you have first contacted us to discuss your problem.

In some instances, we will be able to replace your watch almost immediately with another timepiece. However, if we are unable to provide you with an immediate replacement, please allow up to two months for repair depending on the complexity of the issue.  

 

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY CLAIMS 

If you are located internationally, please return your timepiece to us by using a tracked mailing option. Once we receive your timepiece, we will reimburse you for the return shipping costs (we do require a receipt for postage payment). 

In some instances, we will be able to replace your watch almost immediately with another timepiece. However, if we are unable to provide you with an immediate replacement, please allow up to two months for repair depending on the complexity of the issue.  

Another option available to international customers is to bring the timepiece to a local apprentice for repair on our behalf. JP WATCH DESIGN will then reimburse you for any costs experienced. This option is ONLY available if it has been cleared by our team first, and will void your warranty otherwise. Please contact us to discuss this scenario.
